Arifmetika MCC, being a part of OR GROUP and specializing in microfinance, continues to develop remote services.

In June, the share of remote payments in the total volume of transactions increased to 20.2% (this share was 14% at the end of 2020) due to the cooperation with Zolotaya Korona (CFT Group), which started in March 2021. Within the partnership, loans were credited to personal bank cards of clients on the website of Arifmetika MCC arifmetika.ru and at loan supply points located at OR GROUP’s stores. In general, the share of money transfers through CFT services from March to June 2021 amounted to 9.4% (or RUB 53.3 mln) of the total volume of remote payments.

Within cooperation with CFT, API integration and end-to-end accounting of client cards were organized in the Zolotaya Korona Loan Repayment service, enrollment support is carried out online and 24/7. It is a convenient and modern financial tool — only the card details, the loan agreement number and the client’s personal data are needed to credit a loan.

«We are always ready to provide our partners with technological and functional tools that are organically integrated into the business processes of MFO. Data entry takes place on our payment page. MFO does not need to undergo PCI DSS certification, client cards can be connected to recurrent payments, including for payment of various additional services», comments Veronika Bityutskaya, Head of Customer Relations Department of Zolotaya Korona. «Now, branded Arifmetika cards with a chip are already being produced. Cards are issued at the offices of Arifmetika MCC and can be replenished with loans — this is another way of effective interaction with the client, which will be an advantage of our partner».

With the help of Zolotaya Korona’s technologies, the task of introducing payment services was solved in a comprehensive manner. In addition to issuing loans, payments are also accepted at the points of Zolotaya Korona’s partners: in the largest retail banks in Russia and retail chains, as well as in the Russian Post offices. Now, online services for accepting payments are also available to clients of Arifmetika MCC: payments can be made from the client’s personal card on the MFO website, in the personal account on the koronapay.com website, as well as in the Repayment of Loans mobile application. An important advantage is compliance with the maturity of the loan, since the payment is credited as quickly as possible.

«The implemented interface for accepting payments in an online format is intuitive for our clients, the operation does not take much time, and funds are credited online», comments Igor Rodyushkin, Head of Arifmetika MCC. «The company will further develop remote services, improve the functionality of its personal account. This year we plan to launch a mobile application for quick and convenient interaction of clients with our company as well».
